GOD’S PEOPLE
It’s early morn, a new day begins,
Sun warms the air, birds spread their wings
Let’s set aside our worries
And enjoy this brand new day,
Ask the Lord for guidanceHe will surely lead the way,
Take time to smell the flowers,
Enjoy the morning air,
For in this world of ours,
We must hold very dear,
Each new day that is granted us,
To live and love for all to see,
That we can live in harmony,
Put a smile upon your face,
Be kind in all you do,
Regardless of religion or race,
The world will smile back at you,
We can do it, we are God’s chosen people.
